Website Terms of Use

The rules for using APD's website, portfolio, enquiry forms and packaging Visualiser.

01

About these terms

These terms apply when you visit or use the Aaron Packaging & Design website. By continuing to use the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

APD operates from Unit 219 John F Kennedy Road, JFK Industrial Estate, Dublin D12 EK15, Ireland. Questions can be sent to info@apad.ie.

02

Using the website

You may browse the site, download resources APD expressly makes available, and use the enquiry tools for genuine business purposes.

You must not interfere with the site's operation or security, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site at a harmful rate, misrepresent your identity, or use forms to send unlawful, abusive or unsolicited material.

03

Information and availability

We aim to keep product information useful and current, but website content is general information rather than a binding quotation or technical specification. Materials, dimensions, colours, finishes, minimum quantities, lead times and availability must be confirmed for each project.

We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

04

Visualiser and generated concepts

The Visualiser is an early-stage design aid. Drafts and AI-assisted realistic renders are illustrative concepts only. They are not production artwork, colour proofs, structural drawings, quotations, samples or guarantees of the finished product.

Scale, colour, material, lighting, foil, texture, folds and logo placement may differ from production. APD will prepare proper artwork and a physical sample for approval before manufacturing.

05

Artwork you provide

You retain ownership of your logo, artwork and other material. By uploading or sending it, you give APD permission to store, process, reproduce and adapt it only as needed to provide the requested website feature, respond to your enquiry, develop your packaging or fulfil an order.

You confirm that you own the material or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe another person's rights or contain unlawful content. Do not upload unnecessary personal, confidential or sensitive information.

06

APD content and portfolio work

The website design, copy, APD marks, photographs, graphics and other site content are owned by or licensed to APD and protected by intellectual property law. Client names and marks shown in portfolio work remain the property of their respective owners.

You may view the site for personal or internal business reference. You may not republish, sell, remove credits from, or commercially exploit site content without written permission, except for files APD expressly provides for download.

08

Responsibility and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, APD is not responsible for loss caused by reliance on general website content, temporary unavailability, third-party services, or use of an illustrative Visualiser output as production artwork.

Separate agreed terms apply to quotations, orders and supplied goods. See the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

09

Irish law and changes

These terms are governed by Irish law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

We may revise these terms when the website or law changes. The date shown on this page identifies the version in force.
