We collect information you choose to provide when you request a quote or sample pack, repeat an order, contact us, or send a Visualiser concept.

• Your name, company, email, phone number, country and business sector.
• Delivery address when you request physical samples.
• Packaging requirements, quantities, sizes, budget, deadlines, messages and previous job references.
• Logos, artwork, draft visuals, generated images and the product settings used in the Visualiser.
• Correspondence, quotation, proof, order and delivery records created as we work with you.

Our hosting systems may also process ordinary technical records such as IP address, browser information, timestamps and security logs when you use the website.

We use personal information to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, recommend specifications, send samples, create and refine visuals, process orders, deliver goods, manage accounts and make repeat orders easier.

If you use the Visualiser, your uploaded logo and draft visual may be processed by an AI-assisted image service to remove a background or create a realistic packaging concept. Use these features only with artwork you are authorised to provide.

The result is a design aid, not a final production proof. When you send a Visualiser enquiry, APD stores the submitted specification and private image files so our studio can respond. Confirmation emails may include time-limited links to those files.

We share information only where needed with people working for APD and service providers supporting website hosting, secure data and file storage, transactional email, AI-assisted image processing, font delivery, professional advice, production, freight and delivery.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights, or as part of a genuine business reorganisation. Providers may process information outside Ireland or the European Economic Area. Where required, APD uses an appropriate legal transfer mechanism and proportionate safeguards.

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected. Enquiry information may be retained while we discuss a project. Customer, quotation, artwork, specification and order records may be retained longer to support repeat orders, warranties, accounting and legal obligations.

We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, including restricted access and private storage for Visualiser files. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send unnecessary confidential or sensitive personal information.
