How we work

Six stages, and no surprises in any of them.

Bespoke packaging goes wrong on lead time and assumptions far more often than on design. This is the sequence we follow to remove both.

  1. 01

    The conversation

What goes in the bag, how heavy it is, where the customer carries it and what your budget per unit needs to be. Ten minutes here removes most of the risk from everything after it.

  2. 02

    The recommendation

We come back with a specification in plain language: stock, weight, handle, finish, sizes and quantities, with costs against each. If a finish is not worth the money on your project, we say so.

  3. 03

    Design

Our in-house studio develops structure and artwork, or adapts your existing brand assets for foil, emboss and substrate. You see visuals against the real material, not a generic mock-up.

  4. 04

    Sample

A physical sample of the actual bag or box, in the actual stock, with the actual handle. Nothing goes to production off a screen.

  5. 05

    Production

Colour checked on press against the approved proof. Short runs are our standard, so your three hundred units get the same attention as a thirty thousand order elsewhere.

  6. 06

    Delivery & reorder

Delivered across Ireland, the UK, Europe and the US. Artwork and specification stay on file, so a reorder or a seasonal variant is a short email, not a new project.

Lead times, honestly

Most bespoke orders run four to eight weeks from artwork approval. Hot foil, dye-matched ribbon and specialty handles each add time — a lab dip for a bespoke ribbon colour alone can take a week before production begins.

If you have a fixed on-counter or event date, say so at the first conversation. We plan production backwards from it and tell you immediately if a finish will not fit the schedule, rather than three weeks later.

Tell us what goes in the bag.

Send the brief — or the vaguest version of it — and we will come back with a specification, a cost and an honest lead time.
