Rigid boxes for a jewellery launch on a fixed date
A launch collection needed three rigid box sizes, prototyped and produced inside seven weeks.
Contemporary jewellery brand, exporting to the UK and US

The requirement
Ring, pendant and bangle boxes with inserts, plus a matching ribbon-handle carrier bag, ready for a fixed launch date and shipping to three markets.
The audience
Direct online customers in Ireland, the UK and the US, plus a small number of stockists.
The challenge
The brand had a lilac identity that had never been produced physically. Nothing existed as a Pantone reference, and the launch date could not move. Foil was requested on all three boxes, which adds lead time at exactly the wrong point in the schedule.
Our recommendation
We converted the digital colour to a Pantone on physical proofs in the first week, then prototyped all three boxes at once rather than sequentially. Foil was kept on the ring box only — the item that gets opened as a gift — and the other two took a blind emboss, which removed a week from the critical path.
The result
All three sizes delivered eleven days before the launch. The carrier bag reused the same ribbon dye lot, so bag and box match under shop lighting.
“They took a colour that only existed on a screen and made it real, twice, before we committed.”
